Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for future engagements.
  • Team Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, solution architects, and QA testers, to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and team alignment. Ensure that project teams are effectively resourced and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process & Methodology Management: Implement and maintain project management best practices, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects. Leverage Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability. Continuously refine and improve delivery processes based on feedback and lessons learned.
  • Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact. Proactively manage and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines. Escalate critical issues to the Head of Professional Services when necessary, providing clear context and potential solutions.
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations. Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future projects. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery teams.

Person Specification: Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution. Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
