The role requires someone who is comfortable working across business processes, governance, data requirements and strategic improvement initiatives.

You will also contribute to the development of consistent assessment approaches, documentation standards and delivery methods across Seriös Group, helping to ensure our work is clear, practical and commercially valuable for clients.

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal methods, templates and approaches used across Seriös Group delivery.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients by demonstrating value creation, professionalism, curiosity, responsiveness and attention to detail.
  • Support pre‑sales and early discovery activities where required by helping gather requirements, understand client needs and contribute to solution shaping.
