Series Eight is seeking an experienced People & Culture lead to own the employee lifecycle, performance processes, hiring and learning initiatives. This is a contract role, three days a week, fully remote, serving a small, multi-country team across the UK and Europe.
You'll partner with founders across design, development and commercial, keeping Notion as our knowledge hub, managing onboarding, budgets, rituals and annual reviews, and shaping how we grow people in a fast-moving agency.
