About Us

We are a 30-person digital agency founded in 2015. We partner with ambitious startups and established brands to design, build, and grow brands, websites and e-commerce stores that make an impact. We pride ourselves on combining high creative standards with solid delivery. Right now, we are looking for a Lead Project Manager to help us keep that balance as we scale.

The Role

You will be the go-to person for our PM team — leading by example, coaching 3-4 project managers, and running a couple of our client projects yourself. Think player-coach: you will manage key projects while mentoring the team, maintaining delivery standards, and making sure things run smoothly. You will work closely with department heads and our Client Services Director, representing the PM perspective in leadership conversations. This role requires someone who can balance being supportive with being direct; coaching your team while holding firm standards around delivery quality, communication, and accountability.
