Brand typography, colour, logo systems and the guidelines that hold them together. Design the work that brings those brands to life: marketing sites, e-commerce stores and the design systems behind them. Sweat the details, and help raise the standard of everything that leaves the agency - your own work and everyone else's. Own it. Take work from first concept to developer-ready handover, and see it through. Push the thinking, not just the execution - challenge a vague brief rather than quietly absorb it. Zero ego, all action. Use AI curiously - to explore faster, prototype quickly and clear the grunt work - without handing over the thinking or the craft. Bring solutions, not just problems. Treat mistakes as opportunities not failures. Genuinely human. Present your work to clients and walk them through the thinking. Work shoulder to shoulder with developers, copywriters and PMs; same brief, same team. Give and take feedback that's direct and kind.
What we’re looking for:
- A portfolio with real range across brand and UI
- A sharp eye for typography, layout and the details most people won’t notice
- Fluency in Figma

- 4+ years designing, ideally some of it agency-side
- Comfortable presenting to clients and taking feedback without getting precious about it
- Fluency in AI - where it helps and where it doesn’t
- Bonus points for Motion or basic animation
- A feel for what’s buildable - you don’t need to code, but knowing the front-end helps
