We’re seeking an organised, forward‑thinking Asset Integrated Activity Planner who can bring clarity, structure, and collaboration to a busy operational environment. The right candidate will be someone who enjoys working across multiple teams, thrives on turning complex information into clear plans, and takes pride in keeping critical systems and processes running smoothly.

What we are looking for in potential candidates:

  • Accountable for delivering optimised, fully executable integrated activity plans for the Asset that align with budgets, production forecasts, and strategic priorities.
  • Responsible for coordinating updates from activity owners across different parts of the business and compiling these into a clear, cohesive integrated asset plan.
  • Responsible for owning and maintaining the Integrated Field Planning (IFP) procedure, ensuring compliance across all planning horizons and driving continuous improvement in the process.
  • Oversee the administration and governance of the Primavera P6 system, including managing its integration with Oracle and Sword Information Technology to ensure ongoing system stability and effectiveness.
  • Accountable for managing the Aviation Tracking System (ATS) to ensure flight bookings and ATS operations remain compliant with flight schedules and Personnel on Board (POB) requirements.
