With a strong focus on integration, efficiency and alignment, your work will ensure the OMS supports safe, effective and consistent operations across all Serica assets. Communication and collaboration are key to success in this role. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all functions, influencing at every level to embed best practice and ensure alignment between management, operational and enabling processes.

Through continuous improvement, you’ll ensure the OMS evolves with the needs of the business — designing, implementing and refining a single, unified system that underpins operational excellence now and into the future. This role offers the opportunity to lead a critical business capability, influence strategic decisions, and drive meaningful change across a growing organisation.

  • Define and implement OMS strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Establish clear governance, standards and consistent processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective system adoption.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage third‑party partners supporting the OMS.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Operating Management Systems.
  • Strong project/change management capability.
  • Broad understanding of business processes, systems and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence decision‑making and lead through change.
