Are you a creative Video Editor who crafts stories people actually want to watch? Serial Box Studios is an award-winning South London production company making series that bowl you over. We create original and branded YouTube series for Brands and internal comms series for FTSE 100 and multinational organisations. Our clients include: Google, Amazon, HSBC, NHS, Alzheimers Society, Anglo American. Our job is to help companies stop renting audiences and start owning them.

What you’ll do:

  • Edit and deliver high-quality content for YouTube series, branded formats, and internal comms.
  • Cut long-form episodes and short-form social, optimising across platforms.
  • Build show rhythm, visual identity, and repeatable edit patterns for series.
  • Create clean motion graphics/titles and integrate brand systems.
  • Handle basic audio, sound design, and colour grading to bring edits to a polished, client-ready state.
  • Maintain tidy media management, project organisation, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate closely with producers/directors/clients; iterate fast with feedback.
  • Contribute ideas to new and existing formats (branded + original IP).

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ professional editing experience (branded content/corporate film/TV).
  • Experience working with multinational organisations (a must) / Experience with YouTube is a very helpful bonus.
  • Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (2D motion required; 3D a plus).
  • Strong story sense: pacing, structure, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of the latest AI tools, workflows and how best to use them.
  • Solid knowledge of post-production back-end and workflow management, with a mind for continued optimisation.
  • Calm under pressure, collaborative, and highly organised.
