We create original and branded YouTube series for Brands and internal comms series for multinational organisations. Our clients include: Google, Amazon, HSBC, NHS, Alzheimers Society, Anglo American. Our job is to help companies stop renting audiences and start owning them.

What you’ll do

  • End-to-End Production: Lead projects from concept, scripting, and storyboarding through to physical production and final delivery.
  • Format Development: Help conceptualise and pitch repeatable, high-performing formats for both YouTube and corporate video series.
  • AI Workflow Integration: Implement and champion AI tools (for scripting, research, transcriptions, pre-vis, and rough cuts) to streamline production timelines.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for FTSE 100 clients, managing expectations, feedback loops, and presentations.
  • Crew & Budget Management: Build budgets, manage timelines, hire freelance crew, and oversee shoots on location and in-studio.
  • Post-Production Liaison: Collaborate closely with our video editors and motion designers to ensure creative vision carries through the final edit.

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years’ professional producing experience across branded content, corporate film, or digital series.
  • Experience working with FTSE 100 / multinational organisations (a must).
  • Deep AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and modern production automation tools, with a strong view on how AI can optimise traditional workflows.
  • Strong Storytelling & Scripting Skills: Ability to write sharp, engaging copy and structure compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable directing contributors on set and managing client feedback sessions confidently.
  • Proficiency with modern production management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Productive.io, Frame.io).
  • Commercial Acumen: Calm under pressure, budget-savvy, and highly organised with experience managing multiple moving parts.
  • Platform Knowledge: A strong understanding of YouTube strategy, audience retention, and social media formats.

Benefits

  • 28 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays) + 1 day extra for every year you're with the company
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Mobile allowance
  • Training budget
  • Performance bonus
  • Local gym membership
  • Regular team socials + opportunities to contribute to original series
