Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our expanding team at Made Architect on a fixed-term contract. In this vital role, you will ensure the safety and efficiency of lifting operations, directly contributing to the success of our construction projects. Your expertise will help us maintain smooth site operations and uphold our commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently to support various construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate lifting operations with team members and site supervisors effectively.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols during crane operations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in training new staff on crane operation procedures as required.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors regarding project progress and any operational issues.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting team initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator with relevant certifications.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with excavators is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid commercial driving license is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.

Pay: £127.70-£200.47 per day
