Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Registered Manager based in Birmingham. The Registered Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of care services, ensuring compliance with regulations and high-quality care standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising staff

  • Fostering a supportive and safe environment for young people

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management, staff supervision, and development

  • A recognized Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or demonstrated progress toward achieving it

  • Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to varying responsibilities as required by the role
