Confidential Head Chef Opportunity – Premium Multi-Outlet Venue: $60,000 - $70,000
We are exclusively representing a high-profile, design-led hospitality concept seeking a Head Chef to take full culinary ownership of a complex, multi-outlet operation. This is a serious leadership role suited to a commercially sharp, culturally strong operator who can manage scale without compromising on quality.
The site spans a four-storey building with four kitchens and three distinct trading environments, including a main restaurant, bar-led dining space, and a private dining floor. On peak days, the operation delivers up to 500 covers across the building, requiring precision, structure, and calm leadership under pressure.
This is not a role for a purely creative chef. It demands a true operator who can balance food quality, team development, and financial performance at scale.
You will be responsible for the full end-to-end kitchen operation across all outlets within the building. This includes menu execution, team leadership, service standards, and financial performance.
You will lead from the front, setting the tone culturally and operationally, while building a high-performing kitchen team that is stable, motivated, and consistently delivering.
- Overseeing all kitchen operations across multiple outlets and service styles
- Driving consistency, quality, and speed across high-volume service periods
- Maintaining strong cost control across food, labour, and waste
- Ensuring all kitchens are aligned in standards, systems, and execution
We are looking for a proven Head Chef who has operated at scale and understands the demands of a multi-outlet environment.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment (200+ covers per day)
- A background within premium or award-winning restaurants
- Experience operating within multi-outlet venues such as hotels, members’ clubs, or large-format restaurants with bar and private dining
- Demonstrated experience in high-revenue kitchens (£100k+ weekly turnover, with significant food revenue)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
Full ownership of a complex and dynamic kitchen operation
Long-term progression potential for the right individual
Further details on the concept, brand, and leadership team will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
