The Opportunity
An established, fast-growing premium spirits brand is seeking a commercially sharp Sales Manager to lead and expand its presence across London. The Role
You will be responsible for driving distribution, revenue growth, and brand visibility across London, working closely with key on-trade accounts, distributors, and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, field-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building accounts from the ground up while thinking strategically about long-term brand equity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and delivering sales targets across London
- Winning new business within premium bars, restaurants, and select retail
- Developing and managing key account relationships and commercial plans

- Securing menu listings, activations, tastings, and staff training
- Working closely with distributors to maximise coverage and execution
