We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, multi-floor hospitality operation in Shoreditch comprising a Top 50 gastropub, an award-winning restaurant, and a private dining space. This is a significant leadership role overseeing a complex, high-volume business. The operation delivers £100k+ per week and is supported by a strong senior team including 3 FOH managers and 4 BOH managers (including a Head Chef).
We are seeking a proven General Manager who can lead at scale.
