Develop and generate new business opportunities while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers. Research and identify potential business opportunities, assessing customer needs and proposing improved solutions. Liaise with senior management to prepare regular sales reports, financial performance updates, and customer generation metrics. Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and other sales function records. Respond to internal, customer, and prospect requests promptly and professionally. Generate accurate quotations and proposals for new opportunities and follow up diligently to convert leads into sales. Work with the business support team to resolve commercial issues and manage customer inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective delivery of customer campaigns and sales materials. Attend key trade exhibitions and events to promote products and identify new opportunities. Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with the company’s mission and goals, mitigating potential risks. Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Deliver excellent customer service consistently. Assist senior management in achieving company objectives and directives. Complete training as needed to enhance skills and capabilities. Perform any other duties reasonably requested by management.
