As the office administrator you will be based at our head office within Leicester city town centre.
Main Duties:
- To carry out general admin duties, including answering telephone calls, sending letters/emails.
- Processing staff timesheets..
- Updating staff files.
- Recruitment process- Dealing with application requests, requesting references.
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
