At Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure, we are committed to helping our residents and members achieve their health and fitness goals. We are looking for experienced and energetic group exercise instructors to deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive group classes across our leisure centres and community venues.
What You will Be Doing:
- Deliver dynamic and safe group exercise classes to a diverse range of participants.
- Adapt your classes to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and always ensure participant safety.
- Inspire and motivate members to enjoy their fitness journey.
- Manage class registrations and provide valuable feedback.
- Assist in promoting Vision\’s services and local fitness facilities.
- Set up and close classes when working in community venues (an additional 30 minutes pay included).
Where You will Be Working:
Our Group Exercise Programme takes place across multiple locations,
including:
- Leisure Centres: Ashton Playing Fields, Mayfield Leisure Centre, South Woodford Library & Gym, Fullwell Cross Leisure Centre, Wanstead Leisure Centre.
- Community Venues: Wanstead Library, Wanstead Youth Centre, Hawkeye Hall, Central Library Ilford, Fullwell Cross Library, Redbridge Drama Centre.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Essential Qualifications:
- Level 2 Exercise to Music / Group Exercise
- Level 2 Group Training
- Level 2 Dance Fitness
- One or more of the following:
- Level 2 Circuits / HIIT Fitness Certificate
- Indoor / Outdoor Bootcamp Certificate
- Level 2 Spinning
- Kettlebell/Pad Work CPD
- Dance Fitness CPD
Desirable Qualifications:
- CIMSPA Professional Membership
- First Aid Training
