About the Role
This is an existing opportunity for a Financial Advisor who wants to hit the ground running. You’ll be handed a warm, well-looked after client bank- around £5m in assets across 50 households, giving you a solid foundation of ongoing income and genuine client relationships to step into from day one.
From there, it’s yours to grow. We’ll back you with the tools, support and freedom to build your client base in a way that fits your strengths- whether that’s through referrals, networking or strategic partnerships. You’ll have the autonomy to do your best work, while being part of a lively, ambitious team that believes financial planning should be as engaging as it is empowering.

Your responsibilities as a Financial Advisor will include:
- Manage and grow your client portfolio. Take ownership of an initial bank of circa 50 clients nurturing long term relationships while developing new ones in a way that suits your strengths.
- Deliver high quality, personalised financial advice.
- Stay ahead of the curve and keep your knowledge sharp and your advice relevant through ongoing learning, training and awareness of market development.
What will you need to succeed as a Financial Advisor:
- Must be Level 4 DipFA, CII Diploma qualified or equivalent.
- Preferable to have a minimum of 1 years advising experience.
- Located around the Worcester/Birmingham area.
- Proactive, personable and genuinely care about doing what’s right for the clients.
- Enjoy working independently but thrive as part of a team.
