Serenity Education Group is seeking an experienced and proactive School Business Manager to play a pivotal role across our five specialist SEN schools. This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven organisation and make a real difference behind the scenes—ensuring our schools operate efficiently, compliantly, and sustainably so leaders can focus on delivering outstanding education and care. The successful candidate will work closely with Headteachers, senior leaders, and the Director of Operations as a key member of the wider central team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial and administrative functions across the group.
- Provide strategic advice, oversee budgets, manage risk, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Line-manage school support staff and drive best practice across schools.
- Contribute to leadership meetings and governance reporting.
- Support strategic and operational decision-making to shape and influence business strategy across multiple schools.
