Serenity Education Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director to join our supportive and collaborative central team. This is a Full-Time, 40 hours per week position for 40 weeks (Term-Time + 2 weeks) per year. The working pattern is Hybrid - 3 days office based, 2 days remote.

This is a key senior support role, providing high-level executive and administrative assistance to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive personal and executive support to the Managing Director
- Managing a complex diary, coordinating and prioritising meetings, appointments and events
- Handling confidential correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Preparing high-quality reports, briefing papers, presentations and documentation
- Organising and supporting Board meetings, leadership meetings and senior-level engagements
- Building effective working relationships with internal leaders, Board members and external stakeholders
- Supporting strategic projects, monitoring timelines and key actions
- Maintaining accurate and secure records in line with data protection and organisational policies
- Proactively improving systems, processes and ways of working within the MD's office
- Has proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Exercises sound judgement, discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Is proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience within education, healthcare, charity or similar sectors (desirable)
- Has experience supporting senior meetings or governance processes (desirable)
