Serenita Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life by delivering meaningful, person-centred activities that promote wellbeing, independence and social interaction. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities, tailored to individual interests and care needs, building strong relationships to support inclusive participation for all residents, including those living with dementia.
