We're a growing homecare provider looking for a caring, reliable and organised Care & Admin Assistant.
Hours: 15–20 hours/week initially, with more hours available as we grow.
The role combines providing care in clients’ homes with admin support, including:
- Personal care, medication support & companionship.
- Care records and documentation.
- Rotas and scheduling support.
- Recruitment/onboarding admin.
- General office and compliance tasks.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Caring, reliable and professional.
- Organised and comfortable with admin.
- Able to work independently.
- Flexible and interested in growing with the company.
Previous care experience preferred. Driving licence/access to a car preferred. Enhanced DBS and satisfactory references required.
Opportunity to progress into a Senior Carer/Care Coordinator role as we grow.
