Serene Health Care Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for a well-established Domiciliary Care agency. Experience of being in a senior role required, preferably level 3 Health and Social Care would be an advantage or willing to work towards.
The Deputy role will include:
- Overseeing the staff and assist with rota planning
- Support staff in the community, supervisions and spot checks
- Help develop the team and provide support
- Full induction into the role
- Continuous career development
- Paid training and ongoing support as well as ongoing paid development and progression
- Opportunities for training for Level 3 and above Diplomas
- Deputise in the absence of the Manager
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the service
The role of the Deputy Manager:
- Working alongside the Manager to make sure the service remains compliant
- Help with overseeing staff, rota, reviews of the clients, supervisions for the staff
- Be part of the on-call rota
- Willingness to progress

The Deputy Manager will be supporting the Management in the day-to-day running of the service, overseeing the staff, assisting in the rota planning, supervisions, assisting with compliance and audits, being part of the on-call out of hours. Previous experience of Domiciliary care would be an advantage.
