Covering Oxford and Birmingham (M40 corridor areas). The role will be working to an allocated service route and attending customer sites to carry out service, repair and installation work. Conducting the demonstration of our equipment. Attending customer sites to carry out routine servicing. Accurately administering installation, service, and repair activities through company systems. Support the efficient organisation of work routines for employees within the team. To effectively manage time to meet deadlines. To consistently deliver superior customer service throughout.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role is advantageous.
- Must have previous electrical and mechanical experience.
- Ideally 3 phase experience.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong electrical skills and mechanical skills.
- Ability to show initiative and adapt to frequently changing requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- To be able to follow company procedures, client specifications accurately and safely.
- To be able to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
- A willingness to learn and attend training.
