What is the Role?
We are looking for Field Service Engineers within the Stansted region. The main responsibility of the Field Service Engineer is to install, service, and repair traditional and automatic coffee machines to our high standards and to accurately record all work conducted to ensure it can be invoiced as required to the customer.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Installing and setting up coffee equipment on customers' premises.
- Conducting the demonstration of our equipment.
- Attending customers' sites to carry out routine servicing.
- Accurately administering installation, service, and repair activities through company systems.
- Supporting the efficient organisation of work routines for employees within the team.
- Effectively managing time to meet deadlines.
- Consistently delivering superior customer service throughout.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Some previous electrical experience.
- Ability to show initiative and adapt to frequently changing requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to follow company procedures and client specifications accurately and safely.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
- A willingness to learn and attend training.
Competitive Salary: £32k plus overtime and bonus
