Brief Description of Role: Prepare and maintain a technical training induction program for new employees. Work closely with the Senior Engineers and Service Managers in the field to understand the training requirements of their teams and support accordingly. To work in conjunction with Technical team to ensure all training is completed to the same high standard across the team. Technically familiar with new and existing equipment including the latest modification in order to support any training request or offer advice to engineers working in the field. Liaise with Service partners and provide relevant training to ensure a high level of service can be provided by these companies. Seek ongoing efficiencies and improvements in all training programs. Deliver high quality training and update relevant training records as well as informing your line manager of any concerns regarding progress. Continuous assessment of training needs and ongoing evaluation of training programs. Requirements of the job holder Proven technical training experience. Ideally from an Engineering background or other hands on experience. Working knowledge of planning and delivering training programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to work well with others. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Naturally calm communicator with a strong desire to learn and share knowledge. Candidate must be within an hour commute from Uxbridge. Full driving license.
