seren is offering a 1-1 pilot programme to a small number of highly-motivated career switchers, free of charge.
How does it work?
- Hypothesis formation - 1:1 coaching session with our Founder, James, aimed at understanding your motivations, desires & ambitions. Desired outcome: Working hypothesis for next career move.
- Experimentation - Working alongside James, design experiment(s) to generate evidence. E.g get first business customer; complete interviews for role; build portfolio. Bias towards tangible results. Desired outcome: Emotional evidence that supports or falsifies hypothesis.
- Transition - Build bridge to next role: CV, personal narrative arc, outreach strategy, portfolio/projects page, application system, interview prep.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people from a diverse range of backgrounds to complete the pilot. The only requirement is that you are fully committed to completing the pilot.
