Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Hours: Part-time and full-time hours available

Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 3:00pm and/or 3:00pm - 11:00pm, including alternate weekends

About the Role

As a Community Care Worker, you'll support individuals to remain independent in their own homes while providing high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
  • Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with everyday household tasks.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and shopping.
  • Promoting dignity, independence and choice.
  • Building positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Delivering care that enables people to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access to your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good spoken and written English

No previous care experience is necessary. We provide full training, ongoing support and development, so if you have the right values, we'll give you the skills.
