We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of a Female* Community Care Worker/Home Care Assistant to join our amazing team here at Seren Support. If you are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
Working hours each week: We offer hours from 16 hours per week to Full Time hours.
Location - Bridgend // Maesteg // Porthcawl
Pay rate: £13.45 per hour PLUS below....
Bank Holiday - Enhanced rate
Mileage 0.40 ppm
Hours 7am-3pm and/or 3pm-11pm

Who are we?
We have been providing care and support services since 2011, helping individuals live their life as independently as possible. Our service is designed to provide care in the comfort of our service users own homes. Always maintaining dignity, respect and promoting independence.
Key responsibilities:
Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
Accompanying to appointments or shopping
Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Essential criteria:

Professional manner at all times.
Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients.
Your own car.
Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
