About the Role:
As a Community Care Worker, you'll support individuals to remain independent in their own homes while providing high-quality, person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
- Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Preparing meals and assisting with everyday household tasks.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and shopping.
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice.
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Delivering care that enables people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
