The Role
As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence while improving their quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction.
- Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household duties.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and shopping.
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice.
- Building positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Delivering compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
- No previous care experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, so if you have the right values and a passion for helping others, we'll give you the skills you need.
