- Collaborate with teams to develop programmes that are evidence-based, engaging, and contextually relevant.
- Stay current on workplace trends, behavioural science, and L&D best practices to keep Serein’s content sharp.
You have:
- 2 years of experience in a research, analyst, or related role.
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods like survey design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Comfortable working with tools like SPSS, R, Python, or Excel for analysis; experience with survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey) is a plus.
