About the role
We’re looking for a high-potential Associate Consultant to support the delivery of client projects while contributing to content creation across learning and culture initiatives. This is a junior-level role designed for someone early in their career who is organised, curious, people-oriented, and eager to build strong foundations in consulting and learning design.
You will work closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You will also support research and content development, helping translate ideas into structured, engaging learning experiences. This role offers exposure to client interactions, project management processes, and content creation within the learning and workplace culture space.
- Assist in coordinating client projects from initiation to completion.
- Track timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare project documents, trackers, reports, and internal updates.
- Join client calls, capture key notes and actions, and support follow-through.
- Coordinate with facilitators, designers, and consultants to keep projects aligned.
- Contribute to content and learning initiatives.
- Support the creation of learning module storyboards and structured programme outlines.
- Assist in developing client communication materials and presentation decks.
- Conduct research on culture, leadership, and learning and development topics.
- Work with senior team members to translate ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Edit and refine materials for clarity, tone, and impact.
Take ownership and grow within the team
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-trust team environment.
- Take ownership of smaller workstreams and deliver them with reliability.
- Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement in processes and execution.
- Continuously learn and build skills across consulting, communication, and project coordination.
You have:
- 1–3 years of professional experience.
- An academic background in Economics, Psychology, English, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to structure thoughts clearly and simplify complex ideas.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and learning spaces.
- Early exposure to project coordination, content writing, or research is a plus.
