Together, our group delivers bed-to-bed aeromedical evacuations, time-critical organ transplant movements, and executive charter services across the UK and Europe.

Our engineering team maintains a mission-ready fleet ranging from high-speed Learjet 45/75 jets to versatile Pilatus PC-12 turboprops and modern Diamond DA62 twins. When minutes matter for patient outcomes, our engineering precision and dispatch reliability are paramount.

Purpose of the Role Whether you are an experienced parts professional or looking to launch a technical career in aviation, you will play a central role in our logistics operations. You will manage the end-to-end receipt, technical inspection, controlled warehousing, storage, issue, and dispatch of aircraft components, specialised tooling, consumables, and raw materials. Working under strict Part 145 standards, you will ensure total airworthiness traceability and support engineering teams maintaining mission-critical aircraft.

Full, structured training will be providedcovering aviation compliance standards, release documentation, tooling calibration management, and internal maintenance inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities

Receipt & Technical Inspection: Physically verify and inspect incoming aircraft components, hardware, raw materials, and tooling against purchase orders, packaging standards, and technical specifications. Traceability & Airworthiness Records: Scrutinise and archive mandatory regulatory release certificates (UK CAA Form 1, EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, and Certificates of Conformity), ensuring complete life-cycle traceability from manufacturer to aircraft installation.

Maintenance Staging & Kitting: Prepare, kit, and issue certified parts, materials, and calibrated tooling to licensed engineers for scheduled base maintenance and unscheduled AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recoveries. Inventory Control & Auditing: Maintain real-time stock integrity within aviation inventory software, execute systematic cycle counts, and assist with formal quality and airworthiness audits.

Shelf-Life & Calibration Monitoring: Actively track consumable expiration dates, chemical storage parameters (COSHH), and tooling calibration cycles, immediately quarantining unserviceable or expired items. Stores Integrity & Safety: Maintain clean, foreign-object-debris (FOD) free, and secure stores facilities adhering strictly to health, safety, and Part 145 procedures. Candidate Profile Experienced Parts Person: Proven background in aviation stores, military aviation logistics, Part 145, or Part CAMO environments.

Practical understanding of airworthiness release certificates (UK CAA Form 1, EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3), batch tracking, shelf-life limitations, and hazardous materials handling. Working familiarity with aviation maintenance and inventory control software. Trainee Parts Person: No prior aviation experience requiredcomprehensive, structured training provided. Strong technical curiosity with an interest in aviation, engineering, or high-compliance inventory control.

Experience in automotive parts, precision warehousing, or technical logistics is advantageous, but aptitude, diligence, and reliability matter most. Core Requirements for Both Levels Driving Licence: Valid UK/EU driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points, and eligibility to obtain an airport Airside Driving Permit (ADP).

Education:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics.

Methodical Rigour: Meticulous attention to detail and organizational disciplineaccuracy in airworthiness documentation is non-negotiable.

IT Competence: Strong digital literacy with the confidence to learn and navigate aviation inventory databases and maintenance tracking systems quickly.

Physical Capability: Ability to undertake manual handling tasks and safely move components, materials, and tooling within the hangar environment.

Proactive Mindset: Dependable work ethic, effective communication, and the adaptability to support high-tempo aeromedical and transplant operations. Security & Vetting: Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass full airside pass clearance at Belfast International Airport (clean Access NI Basic/Enhanced disclosure, 5-year verifiable employment/education reference history, and BSAT clearance).
