SERE Motors is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Contact Executive to join our team. This role is central to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth communication across our sales, service, and HR functions. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries while managing CRM processes, service bookings, and follow-up activities. The role also includes administrative support for HR, including general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Administrative Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound phone calls, SMS, emails, and live chat enquiries, delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience.
- Greet customers and visitors at reception, direct enquiries appropriately, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage general enquiries, provide accurate information, escalate issues to relevant departments, and handle customer feedback and complaints when required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Manage group stationery and uniform requirements.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail.
- Manage staff access and administration across marketing and sales tools, including onboarding new staff and removing leavers.
- Service Booking & Aftersales Support
- Serve as first point of contact for customer enquiries relating to service, MOT, repair bookings, and aftersales questions.
- Coordinate booking schedules to maximise workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow up on missed or cancelled bookings.
- Service plan prospecting with existing customers.
- Lost Sale Follow-Up
- Conduct follow-up communication for sales and service lost leads, identifying customer needs and providing opportunities for re-engagement.
- Record outcomes and feedback to support continuous improvement and improve conversion rates.
- HR Support Duties
- Support basic HR administration including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining HR records.
- Provide general clerical support to the HR team as required.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, call handling, or automotive CRM (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities.
- Confident using CRM systems, phones, and digital communication platforms.
- A positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude.
