Serco is seeking a Maintenance Operative for our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract (AASC) team in Sandwell. You will perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of properties, using joinery, plumbing, painting and general maintenance skills, while adhering to safety standards and Home Office requirements.
