Location: Watton IP25 6JB

Salary: £26,378.33 per annum + excellent benefits

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Working hours: Monday - Friday 6am - 2.30pm, Monday to Friday including Saturday after bank holiday weekend.

Ready to make an impact? As a Refuse & Recycling Loader in our Breckland team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in Watton. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.

You’ll Be Entrusted To:

  • Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
  • Be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
  • Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work - a responsibility we take great pride in!
