- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of purchase to pay and accounts payable activities
- Ensure invoices, purchase orders and payments are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
- Monitor KPIs and service levels, addressing performance issues and driving continuous improvement
- Oversee invoice reporting, managing aged and unresolved items to reduce risk
- Maintain strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with policies and audit standards
- Lead, coach and develop a team of P2P specialists to deliver high performance and engagement
