Here at Serco, we work with Asylum Accommodation and Support Services to assist individuals through the asylum system, which includes providing them with temporary accommodation.
Responsibilities- Ensure all requested repairs, reactive or proactive, are carried out to the required standard and within SLA deadlines.
- Manage own workflow and work collaboratively with team when necessary.
- Maintain health & safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
- Purchase and manage materials using company account card from approved suppliers.
- Inspect vehicles regularly and keep them in professional and clean condition.
- Previous maintenance experience in joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting & decorating, or related field.
- Ability to manage own workflow and work as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK.
- Up to 6% contributory pension scheme.
- Vehicle, fuel card and tools all provided.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
