Serco’s Electronic Monitoring Services (EMS) contract is one of the UK’s most significant public safety programmes, supporting the Ministry of Justice with the delivery of national tagging and monitoring services. Our purpose is clear: enhance public safety, reduce reoffending, and harness advanced data to deliver better outcomes for communities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and triage matters through the team’s case management systems
- Produce and deliver training and reference materials for internal stakeholders
- Undertake legal research and present findings accurately and promptly
- Provide legal support to senior lawyers, Heads of Department and subject matter experts
- Maintain and update precedent banks, templates and reference materials
- Build strong working relationships across the EMS contract and wider Legal
