An HGV Refuse & Recycling Driver/Loader in our Richmond team provides a complete waste and recycling service to residents and the community in Twickenham. You will work with a professional, dedicated and friendly team to keep streets, homes and businesses clean, safe and tidy while delivering high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Set off on a pre-planned route as the driver with loaders to collect waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
- Serve as the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
- Complete vehicle safety checks and ensure the truck is clean and work-ready before each round.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 or 2 driving licence and Driver CPC.
- Hard working, physically fit and healthy due to the nature of the business.
- Enthusiastic with a big smile.
- Willing to go the extra mile to help the team hit targets.
- Team player.
