About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Outreach Lead to join our Recruiting Marketing team, supporting us on a brand-new contract on a 7-month fixed term basis. You’ll use a diverse range of digital and Out of Home marketing channels to boost brand awareness in the area, positively influencing consideration of the opportunities and supporting a pipeline of applications. You’ll coordinate and attend in-person job fairs and community outreach activities, while also working with our recruitment marketing agency to manage online attraction. You’ll be self-motivated and take ownership of campaign success for this contract. This is an exciting opportunity to design, execute and own innovative marketing strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- In-Person Recruitment and Events: Plan and execute job fairs and local outreach events, coordinating attendance with internal stakeholders. Planning and ordering branded merchandise and print materials for events. Build relationships with career centres and local community organisations. Represent our brand with energy and enthusiasm to attract talent.
- Digital and OOH Advertising: Develop and manage digital campaigns to enhance employer brand visibility. Plan and oversee booking of OOH advertising (billboards, flyering, etc.). Analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Brand and Strategy: Work closely with internal teams to align outreach efforts with hiring needs. Identify new, innovative ways to connect with potential candidates and positively influence brand perception. Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Ensure all communications and creative is on-brand.
