As an Aircraft Wash Team Operator you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of a fleet of critical military aircraft helping support missions that protect and connect communities. Working in a busy aviation environment your role directly contributes to the safe and efficient operation of essential aircraft. What you’ll do as an Aircraft Wash Team Operator:
- Carry out aircraft and equipment washing in line with company and customer standards
- Complete all assigned tasks accurately, following procedures and supervisor guidance
- Maintain high housekeeping and husbandry standards across work areas
- Complete documentation and maintenance records clearly and accurately
- Prevent Foreign Object Debris (FOD) hazards and maintain safe working practices
- Wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE) properly

- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points
- Good colour perception (CP2) and confidence working at height
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on safety and quality

- A willingness to learn, including operating specialist equipment (training provided)
- SC cleared or able to obtain one.
