We are looking for an enthusiastic public‑facing team member to join our busy call centre. The role involves:
- Handling phone, email and web enquiries
- Booking tickets
- Processing payments
- Assisting passengers with check‑in and boarding
- Supporting the efficient running of the Customer Service department
