We are looking for a Fleet Administration Team Leader to oversee and optimise the day‑to‑day delivery of fleet administrative services. You will lead a team of administrators, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective operations while maintaining high standards of service delivery across the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring all fleet‑related administration meets regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Fleet Administrators
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and SLA performance
- Managing fleet compliance, including HMRC reporting, MOTs, and driver/vehicle checks
- Producing and analysing reports across costs, usage, and performance
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external providers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading or supervising an administrative or operations team
- Knowledge of fleet operations and compliance (HMRC, MOT, MID desirable)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management
- Confident using systems and tools such as Excel and fleet management platforms
