Serco Leisure is seeking a Health and Fitness Coach at Swallows Leisure Centre in Sittingbourne. The role is part-time, 10 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday shifts 7am–12pm, and pays up to £12.71 per hour.
You will deliver engaging fitness programmes, coach members to personal goals, run health assessments, and help onboarding while maintaining a welcoming gym. A Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 PT or progress towards it within 12 months are required.
