What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling incoming IT incidents and service requests via phone and portal.
- Triaging, resolving, or escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line support teams.
- Providing remote troubleshooting and first-time fixes.
- Ensuring all service requests are logged and prioritised correctly.
- Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining service standards.
- Following ITIL guidelines for incident and problem management.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in IT Service Desk, Asset Lifecycle, Mobile Telephony, or Desktop Support.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to deliver first-line IT support.
- Professional, punctual, and customer-focused approach.
Technical Knowledge:
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
- Mobile device management (Android & Apple).
- Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, Intune & Azure.
- Remote working solutions (VPN, AVD, AOVPN) and Remote Control Tools.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and PC/Laptop/Printer hardware.
- Experience with software deployment and remote reimaging.
Full training will be provided.
