What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling incoming IT incidents and service requests via phone and portal.
  • Triaging, resolving, or escalating issues to 2nd and 3rd line support teams.
  • Providing remote troubleshooting and first-time fixes.
  • Ensuring all service requests are logged and prioritised correctly.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and maintaining service standards.
  • Following ITIL guidelines for incident and problem management.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in IT Service Desk, Asset Lifecycle, Mobile Telephony, or Desktop Support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to deliver first-line IT support.
  • Professional, punctual, and customer-focused approach.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Windows 10 & 11 operating systems.
  • Mobile device management (Android & Apple).
  • Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, Exchange Online, Intune & Azure.
  • Remote working solutions (VPN, AVD, AOVPN) and Remote Control Tools.
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and PC/Laptop/Printer hardware.
  • Experience with software deployment and remote reimaging.

Full training will be provided.
