As a Senior Digital Delivery Manager in our Digital Delivery practice, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated digital solutions, shaping outcomes that create real impact for our customers and communities. You’ll operate at the heart of delivery - bringing together people, technology, and suppliers to deliver meaningful change.
This is a high-impact role, helping to drive transformation across the business. With a strong focus on delivery and line management, you’ll bring energy, pace, and clarity - ensuring programmes land successfully while building and leading a high-performing team. What you’ll do as a Senior Digital Delivery Manager
- Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved across scope, time, cost, and quality
- Lead and coordinate delivery across a complex matrix structure, working with product, engineering, architecture, and external partners
- Act as the single point of accountability for integrated delivery across systems, platforms, and suppliers
- Line manage and develop a team of Digital Delivery Managers, balancing leadership with hands-on delivery (80% delivery, 20% line management)
- Play a key role in transformation activity, supporting strategic change and acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders

- Experience contributing to digital transformation programmes, with exposure to bidding or pre-sales as a bonus
- Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and right-hand partner
- SC clearance (or the ability to achieve it) may be required for this role
