Here at Serco, we are looking for a Reward and Benefits Advisor to support the UK & Europe Reward Team by helping with cyclical reward and benefits activities as well as contributing to some of the more technical aspects of Reward & Benefits to assist in the overall delivery of a first-class service to the business.
In this key role you will:
- Collate monthly reporting around starters and leavers, identifying and escalating missing or incorrect data fields.
- Provide benefits stats for the quarterly reward pack and DPR.
- Lead on benchmarking activities.
- Benchmark roles B4 – B2, asking for support from the Reward & Benefits Partner as and when needed.
- Support in the development of Serco's benefit schemes and help ensure data accuracy.
- Run benefits webinars and F2F sessions to increase uptake and improve engagement.
- Assist in completion of salary surveys (including Europe).
- Respond to periodical pulse surveys and spot surveys.
- Support in drafting and issuing communications and collateral relating to cyclical activity (annual pay review, bonus invitations etc.).
- Support with internal communications for both compensation and benefits.
- Lead on any changes required for the tiles in the benefits portal.
- Support in the development of any communications as well as any FAQs for Serco's benefit schemes.
- Monitor recognition and thanks schemes, including new scheme oversight.
What you’ll need to do the role:
- Experience with benchmarking, specifically Willis Towers Watson, or KF Hay trained.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Works to a high degree of accuracy and produces good quality deliverables.
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Able to manage workload and prioritise.
- Self-motivated and drive to make a difference.
