Serco is recruiting for an In-Port AB/Deckhand to join our Defence Maritime team in Devonport. You will support berthing, mooring, deck operations, and vessel movements, ensuring safety, efficiency and environmental responsibility across operations.
You will hold STCW qualifications, ENG1 medical, and an EDH qualification (Able Seafarer preferred) with strong communication and a commitment to health, safety and the environment. BPSS clearance is required.
